Ivan Lukšíček

Patent Attorney, European trade marks and designs attorney

Ivan Lukšíček was born in Pelhřimov, Czech Republic, in 1976. He graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Transportation Sciences and from the Masaryk University in Brno, Faculty of Informatics, line of study: applied informatics.

Since 2004 he worked as an Assistant of Patent Attorney and focused especially on patent law, design law and searches in industrial property rights databases. He also participated in several workshops of the European Patent Office. In 2006 he finished his study at Training Institute of the Industrial Property Office in Prague.

In 2007 he passed the Czech qualifying examination for patent and trademark attorneys and since 2008 he has practiced as a patent attorney. He is also entitled to represent clients before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). He gives lectures on industrial property rights.

Since 2015 he is a member of Association of Mediators and Arbitrators in intellectual property matters and Licensing Executives Society Czech Republic (LES ČR).
