In his practice, Radim applies his in-depth knowledge of intellectual property law, information technology law, and privacy protection, which he gained mainly during a two-year study in the US at The John Marshall Law School (Chicago) and the University of New Hampshire (formerly Pierce Law). He obtained practical experience from law firms in the Czech Republic and the USA and he also took part in an internship at the U.S. Copyright Office. He is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University. He also focuses on publishing and lecturing mainly in the field of intellectual property law at the national, EU and international levels in Czech and English.
