Leopold Dadej

Patent attorney, European patent attorney, European trade marks and designs attorney

Leopold Dadej was born in Rýmařov, Czech Republic, in 1955. He graduated from the University of Technology in Brno, Faculty of Technology in Zlín (formerly Gottwaldov); specialization of study: plastic, rubber, textile and leather processing. Since 1980, he worked for Gumotex, a. s., Břeclav, primarily as a technologist and foreman, later as a chief of Industrial and Legal Protection Department.

In 1991, he finished his study at Training Institute of the Industrial Property Office in Prague and since 1994, he has practiced as a patent attorney. Since 2002, he is member of Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office. He is also entitled to represent before the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM).

Leopold Dadej is a co-author of the Czech patent, and author or co-author of many proposals for innovation in Gumotex, a. s., Břeclav. Beside the area of industrial property, he was an internal auditor for Quality Management System in compliance with ČSN-ISO 9000-9004, VDA 6.1 and ISO/TS 16949 standards.
